I love to read and have read, or more recently, listened to dozens of the best personal finance books. Finance and money is not something that is often taught in schools, and I believe that is a tragedy. More often, we rely on our parents to educate us on how to be good stewards of our own money, and how to save, and spend, and invest whatever is left over.
My recommended books below focus on many introductory personal finance concepts like how to budget and track your spending, how to intelligently use credit and ensure you don’t go into debt, how to live within your means, and how to set up an emergency fund. They also include other topics like the traits and habits of wealthy people, and how to invest for your future.
